QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum education requirement: Senior High School graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Exclusive Sales Representative / Taking Order Staff / Canvasser / Motorist in an FMCG distribution company.
• Possess strong and fast closing techniques in the field.
• Own a personal motorcycle and have a valid Class C driving license (SIM C).
• Familiar with the Gresik area and surrounding regions.
• Target-oriented and able to work under pressure.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Visit stores/outlets according to schedule to ensure product availability.
• Conduct stock checks and record product orders to be delivered by the logistics team.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure product distribution across designated areas.
• Ensure products are neatly arranged (displayed) and check product expiration dates in stores.
• Explain discount programs or new products to store owners to increase order volume.
