QUALIFICATION

• Male/Female
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
• Maximum age: 40 years old
• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Regional Manager
• Minimum 3 years of experience in FMCG Distribution
• Minimum 1 year of experience in FMCG Direct Distribution
• Proficient in passive English communication
• Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred
• Aggressive, proactive, and visionary
• Able to work under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Strong interest in data and excellent analytical skills
